Using the service

These terms apply when you access an AmericasMarket LLC website or submit an equipment, vehicle, rental, financing, service, or business request. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be able to enter into an agreement where you live and must provide information you are authorized to provide.

What AmericasMarket does

AmericasMarket is a matching and referral service. We may use the details you submit to identify and introduce you to independent businesses that could respond to your request.

We are not an equipment seller, dealer, rental company, broker, lender, insurer, carrier, or representative of a listed provider. We do not make credit decisions or set a provider's prices, inventory, availability, condition reports, warranties, financing terms, or contract terms.

Requests and contact

Submitting a request asks us to use the details you supply to seek possible matches. It also allows us and potential matching providers to respond about that specific request using the contact details and preferences you voluntarily provide.

Submitting a request does not require you to purchase anything and does not authorize unrelated marketing or automated calls. You are responsible for reviewing any message and deciding whether to continue with a provider.

No guaranteed match or offer

We do not guarantee that we will find a provider, that a provider will contact you, or that inventory, pricing, financing, delivery, specifications, or other terms will meet your needs. Advertisements and examples are invitations to submit a request, not offers or promises of a particular transaction.

A provider is solely responsible for its own information, evaluation, quote, contract, products, and services. Verify important details directly with the provider before making a decision or payment.

Your responsibilities

• Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and update material details when needed.
• Do not submit another person's contact details without permission.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site, or interfere with other users.
• Independently inspect equipment, providers, documentation, and transaction terms before proceeding.

Third parties

Providers and linked websites are independent third parties. Your conversations and transactions with them are between you and them. Their own terms and privacy practices apply, and AmericasMarket is not responsible for their acts, omissions, content, or services.

Site content and availability

Site content is provided for general informational purposes and may be incomplete, outdated, or unavailable. We may change, suspend, or stop any part of the service and may restrict misuse. You may not copy or use our site content or branding except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
