Our approach

AmericasMarket wants its equipment-matching service to be usable by a broad range of people. The site is still developing, and we expect to keep improving labels, keyboard use, focus behavior, contrast, page structure, and plain-language instructions as we find issues.

Get help or report a barrier

If something on the site is difficult to use, email us. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, what happened, and the browser or assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it. Do not include sensitive personal or financial information.

We will review the report and, when practical, try to provide the information or service in another way while we investigate the issue.
