Call recordings and transcripts are kept for a limited operational period and then automatically deleted from the calling platform. We may retain the structured request, callback status, routing outcome, and follow-up notes for longer when needed to complete or document the request.

You do not have to submit a request. You may ask us to review, correct, or delete information associated with you. Whether we can complete a request may depend on the information we can verify and information we need to retain. You may also ask us not to send optional marketing email.
